Safety Superintendent (BANDA ACEH)
Kota Banda Aceh (Aceh) 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project safety programs.
• Audit of project health and safety measures.
• Ensure that appropriate reports are provided in timely manner.
• Inform all contractors and subcontractors working at the site of safety requirements and monitor conformance.
• Provide safety communication throughout the site via bulletin boards, posters, etc.
• Conduct periodic safety inspection at the site using safety inspection chech list for detailed review of prevailing safety practices.
• Attend regular progress review meetings with contractors to remain in line with comprehensive safety practices of the company.
• Collaborate with affected employees to identify problems and opportunities.
• Propose revisions to practices and equipment.
• Maintain project emergency response and contingency plan.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Basic understanding of discipline and knowledge of reciprocal effects of the work upon other discipline/ fields.
• Familiarity with company's established guidelines, procedures and practices as well as other department and suppliers.
• Basic understanding of applicable legislation and regulations.
• Proficiency in principles and theories of field of work.
• Preferable candidates from Aceh (Local)
