Staff Legal
Kalimantan Timur - balikpapan

Responsibilities:

• Drafting / Reviewing and advise management on all business contracts with third parties and related helindo group of companies
• Ensure contracts are reviewed/drafted, renewed, amended or cancelled on time to make certain all relationship with third parties are governed by valid contracts.
• Ensure all applicable regulations and laws are brought to the attention of the Management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law
• At least 2 year(s) experience in Law Firm / Corporate Legal,property field is required for this position
• Knowledge in Intellectual property law
• familiar with Microsoft Office
• Good appearance, pleasant personality, and good communication
