We areseeking qualified candidates for the position of:

HR Manager, Based In Surabaya
Surabaya (Jawa Timur) 

Responsibilities:

• Conductingrecruitment effort and new-employee orientation for positions in East Indonesia area
• Monitoringcareer pathing program
• Handlingemployee relations counselingand exit interviewing.
• MaintainingHuman Resource Information System records and compilingreports from database
• Identifying training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation withbusiness managers
• Designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs
• Assisting HR Directors in communicating company policies and procedures to employees

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years as HR generalist
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, under coaching of HR Director
• Excellent communication skillsand theability to relate to staff at all levels
• The ability to encourage and motivate people
• Organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage your time
• Professional in Human Resources certification preferred, not required
