Our client is a multi-billion public listed multinational with a strong presence in Asia Pacific region. A key supplier in the energy management sector, they have been voted as the preferred supplier across a diversified portfolio of clients.  

 

Reporting to the country president, this is a thought leadership with key accountabilities in ensuring an integrated talent management strategy in areas of talent acquisition, talent development and talent retention. Other key focus areas include driving employee communications and engagement, compensation and benefits and driving a cohesive and capable HR team to ensure an alignment of HR strategies responding to business needs. Operating in a senior leadership capacity, you will be leading your HR team members in the customisation and implementation of corporate HR initiatives.

 

Requirements:

Degree qualified, you possess 15 years of HR experience with strong people management skills. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a must. A strategic mind with strong execution skills, you engage effectively at the senior management level with the gravitas to influence. An excellent rapport builder, you continue to build an environment that embraces an open and transparent communication and a performance driven culture.
