Trainer
(Sumatera Selatan - Palembang)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to plan, coordinate and ensure implementation of all training programs for sales force in respective areas to increase their skill and knowledge in line with company objective and to support company business plan
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Advance capability to deliver training and managing result.
- Understand coaching and performance management.
- Sound knowledge of Indonesian Life Insurance Agent's Licensing Process
- Sound knowledge of training process cycle and performance based culture within sales organization.
