Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor or Diploma
• A Minimum of 1 year experience
• Understanding for all human resources activity such as : Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Appraisal, Promotion, etc.
• Experienced in hospitality (hotel & relevant companies).
• Willing to be placed at Manokwari, Papua.
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skill.
