Basis on Semarang, Central Java, in comprising two vertically integrated factories and a management office with more than 1,000 employees, looking for following candidates :

 

HSE Officer Supervisor
Semarang (Jawa Tengah) 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain regulatory compliance with governmental regulations on health and safety.
• Conform the standards set by applicable regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities for compliance with company and government regulations.
• Prepare reports for submission to supervisors and management, which identify the potential hazard(s) and or department discrepancies found, and provides recommendations for control and compliance.
• Advise employees, supervisors, and management on safe work practices and potential hazards.
• Lead and assist plant personnel with safety and health issues.
• Investigate and resolves employee health/safety issues.
• Implement effective training to assist line and staff management in understanding safety regulations and procedures
• Ensure proper inspection and maintenance of fire protection equipment and emergency response activities.
• Conduct accident investigations
• Participate in meeting, workshops, and conferences to keep abreast of emerging safety, health, and environmental issues.

Requirements:

• Male max 26 - 32 years old
• Education D3/S1 in engineering background
• Experience:3- 5 years in Health, Safety and Environmental field. Furniture background would be preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge in the application of health, safety and environment regulations
• Effective supervisory skills
• Good PC Software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
• K3 trained / certified
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels inthe company
• Demonstrated organizational skill
• Available to work atvariable schedule
