We are looking for best people who are ready to move forward progressively to join us in the following positions:

Sales Manager ( Sumatra bagian Utara )
Sumatera Utara

Responsibilities:

•     Manage overall retail sales in West Java area.
•     Develop actionable plans to improve customer's satisfaction, sales and company's profitability.
•     Analyze industry dynamics, market conditions, distributors, competitor activities and customer developments.
•     Manage the development and execution of competitive sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

•     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
•     Required skills: leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, salesmanship.
•     Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia
•     At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•     Preferable from Buliding Material Company
•     Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
•     Applicants must be willing to work in North Sumatera.
•     Full-Time position available.
